• Foam Heads 22.5" US Standard Valve
  These foam heads are shaped to fit 22.5”x8.25” aluminium wheels with a 285pcd bolt pattern as found on most American trucks.  They will polish over the valve stem without rotating it.

• Foam Heads 22.5" Euro
  These foam heads are shaped to fit 22.5”x8.25” aluminium wheels with a 335pcd bolt pattern as found on European trucks.

• Foam Heads 24.5" US Standard Valve
  These foam heads are shaped to fit 24.5”x8.25” aluminium wheels with a 285pcd bolt pattern as found on some American trucks.

• Foam Heads 22.5" US (Full)
  These foam heads are shaped to fit 22.5”x8.25”(285pcd) wheels while off the truck so the area behind the lug nuts can be polished.

• Foam Heads 22.5" Euro (Full)
  These foam heads are shaped to fit 22.5”x8.25”(335pcd) wheels while off the truck so the area behind the lug nuts can be polished.

• Foam Heads 24.5" US (Full)
  These foam heads are shaped to fit 24.5”x8.25” (285pcd) wheels while off the truck so the area behind the lug nuts can be polished.

• Foam Heads 19.5" (AUS)
  These foam heads are shaped to fit 19.5”x7.5” aluminium wheels.  This type of wheel is common in the USA and AUS requires no valve adjustment.

• Foam Heads 19.5" (USA)
  These foam heads are shaped to fit 19.5”x7.5” aluminium wheels.  This type of wheel is common in the USA and AUS and requires valve adjustment.

  These foam heads are shaped to fit 17.5”x6” wheels and requires valve adjustment.

• Foam Heads 22.5"x14"x2” Offset SS
  These foam heads are shaped to fit the US super single wheel with a 2” offset as used on trailers.

• Foam Heads 22.5"x14"x0” Offset SS
  These foam heads are shaped to fit the US super single wheel with 0” offset as used on the drive of trucks.

• Front Foam Heads 22.5" US
  These foam heads are fitted to the front wheel adapter frame to polish the steer wheels of a 22.5”x8.

• Front Foam Heads 9” Offset
  These foam heads are fitted to the front wheel adapter frame to polish the steer wheels of a 22.5”x9” offset steer wheel.

• Front Foam Heads 24.5" US
  These foam heads are fitted to the front wheel adapter frame to polish the steer wheels of a 24.5”x8.25” (285pcd) US steer wheel.

• Front Wheel Adapter Frame
  Frame slides onto std foam heads to allow the front foam heads to polish steer wheels.

• Polishing Fleece (White) x50
  Consumable fleece pads that are pinned to the foam heads to polish the wheel.

• Cutting Fleece (Red) x50
  Consumable fleece cutting pad that is placed on top of one foam heads (while covered in white fleece).  This fleece will remove sandblasting and smooth out the rim surface ready for polishing.

• Lambs Wool Tails x12
  Used to protect white fleece and make better contact in rim valley when using foam heads that jump the valve stem.

• T-Pins
  Used to attach fleece and lambs tails to foam heads

• Super Single Valve Wedges x6
  Click onto valve stem on super single wheels to help foam heads slide over valve stem.

• Spring Kit 22.5”
  Comes with machine as standard and allows wheels from 24.5”- 19.5” to be polished.

• Spring Kkit 17.5”
  Standard 22.5” springs must be swapped for these and used with the 17.5” foam heads to polish 17.5” wheels.

• Aussie Wheel Clamp
  Attach to workshop wall or trailer to hold wheels from 17.5” to 24.5”. Can hold wheels to polish both sides and behind the lug nuts.

• Invisivalve Kit
  Swap ugly standard valve stems for a cleaner look, includes 12 invisivalves and 4 filler tubes made from brass and stainless steel.

• Gords Aluminium Polish 32oz
  Aussie Rimshine recommends and supplies Gords Aluminium polish with our polishing machine.

• Full Front Foam Head Kit
  These are used with the front foam heads to polish behind the wheel nuts while off the truck.
